The Heritage Project and RPG Foundation conducted a successful Cleanliness Drive around the Worli Fort, a heritage site, on 10th February 2023. More than 90 volunteers from RPG Group companies and BMC employees joined hands to clean the Worli Fort and the area around it of the debris, fishing nets, and plastic waste dumped around the area. The drive was aided by BMC to support the cleaning efforts and help in the beautification of the heritage site. The efforts of the volunteers helped spread awareness of cleanliness and hygiene within the community.
The Cleanliness Drive was part of The Heritage Project’s latest initiative: The Worli Koliwada Transformation Project, through which we aim to transform the Worli Koliwada, home to the original inhabitants of Mumbai.
